Humanizing a health tech API Platform
I served as the VP of Marketing at Particle Health from Series A to Series B, where I designed, executed, and monitored a data-driven, analytics-first growth marketing strategy focused on revenue outcomes, while building a powerful brand that moved the industry needle. I managed cross-functional teams to design, implement, and analyze end-to-end GTM experiments across all channels, including A/B testing, market segment analysis, and creative variations to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. My work established market credibility by creating a leading, humanized brand that merchants and customers trusted and new employees wanted to be a part of via web design, conferences, content, and more.
Building audience frameworks that drive channel strategy
Serving as a strategic marketing consultant, I developed an Audience Framework and Channel Strategy for a home health tech startup that needed help breaking into the ACO market. I identified a new target persona and supporting strategy to find and engage the buyer via multiple channels.
A fresh coat of paint for this rebrand.
A101 Inc is a custom contracting company in New York City run by an impressive entrepreneur far too busy to update his antiquated website. After migrating the website, creating new copy and a fresh “custom space, custom made” tagline, we were now able to exemplify his extraordinary work within the deeply complex construction industry of the world’s biggest city.
Ticket sales and Event Strategy for shared experiences.
A lot goes into events and conferences, and I have firsthand experience in distributing and selling tickets online, exceeding sales goals, and even presenting digital marketing strategy (alongside DigitalLens) at the Northside Innovation Festival.
Marketing bridal gowns to millennials, and creating #dresscometrue
Leading the charge on inspiring budget-conscious millennial brides, our campaign championed “real brides.” My #DressComeTrue hashtag grew from a social media movement to the name of an entire line of dresses. Try to find the “Marlena” dress, named after yours truly!
